Eligibility For Exchange/Replacement
- Exchange should be requested within 14 Days of delivering the product. Email us at help@bootsandbeyond.com
- The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
- The product should not be used.
- The protective film should not be removed.
- Order ID & Invoice should be available.
- Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- In case the desired product is not in stock or the customer does not want to exchange then he/she will be issued a credit note valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at help@bootsandbeyond.com
